ПАРАМЕТРИЧНИЙ СИНТЕЗ У СПЕКТРОСКОПІЇ НА ОСНОВІ
АНАЛІЗУ СПЕКТРАЛЬНОЇ ЧУТЛИВОСТІ

Анотація. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена фундаментальною роллю обернених задач параметричного синтезу у спектроскопії, які широко застосовують в оптиці, матеріалознавстві, лазерній діагностиці та суміжних галузях для відновлення фізичних параметрів середовищ за їхніми спектральними характеристиками. На практиці такі задачі часто є виродженими або слабо ідентифіковними через обмеженість спектрального інтервалу, кореляцію параметрів та нерівномірну спектральну чутливість, що призводить до нестійкості класичних методів мінімізації похибки та деградації точності оцінок. Тому актуальним є розроблення методів, які поєднують фізично обґрунтоване моделювання з методами машинного навчання та враховують інформаційну структуру спектральних даних. Метою роботи є розроблення та числова апробація концепції параметричного синтезу в обернених спектроскопічних задачах на основі нейромереж типу «physics-enhanced neural networks» з явним врахуванням спектральної ідентифіковності параметрів. У роботі використано методи математичного моделювання спектральних характеристик, аналізу чутливості, лінійної алгебри, теорії оцінювання (матриця Фішера, межа Крамера–Рао) та фізично інформовані нейромережеві архітектури. Параметричний синтез розглянуто як задачу навчання, проєктовану на підпростір параметрів, для яких інформаційна матриця є невиродженою, що забезпечує узгодженість нейромережевого розв’язку з фізичною структурою прямої задачі. Результати числових експериментів свідчать про те, що втрата спектральної ідентифіковності параметрів чітко проявляється на рівні функцій спектральної чутливості, спектра власних значень матриці Фішера та дисперсій оцінок параметрів. Показано, що використання обмеженого або регуляризованого параметричного простору в нейромережах типу «physics-enhanced neural networks» дає змогу усунути нестійкість навчання у вироджених випадках та підвищити фізичну інтерпретовність отриманих оцінок. Практичне значення роботи полягає у створенні підґрунтя для побудови стійких нейромережевих методів розв’язання обернених задач спектроскопії, орієнтованих на реальну інформаційну структуру спектральних даних.
