CONSTRUCTION AND IDENTIFICATION OF GESTURE COMMUNICATION ELEMENTS

Abstract. The authors propose mathematical models and an information technology to construct movement of a virtual person and reproduce a sign language based on a set of gesture units and transitions between them. Motions implemented in a virtual model allow obtaining a real-time animation of sign information. The efficiency of the proposed approach is shown on the example of modeling and identification of dactyl information.
