IMPORTANT: In order to increase the journal's rating in scientometric databases, the editorial board requires the standards below to be followed:
1) do not exceed 25% of self-citations in the reference list (self-citation includes, in particular, the references to the articles by other authors in this journal);
2) in the texts of articles, do not repeat the material of existing publications by more than 25%;
