Abstract. Based on the research results the generalized algorithm of population health examining is formed. Given algorithm merges steps from data collection and primary statistical analysis to the development of information supplement for management in the healthcare system. Conjoining the proposed cumulative index, integrated indicators and models of its dynamics, the generalized algorithm forms an information support and makes a basis for development of Hospitals Information System (MIS/GIS) analytics module.
