Abstract. The authors are based on the Fibonacci regularity of systemic world conflicts (S-waves) and formulate the hypotheses about a metric relation between two global periodic processes, namely, between the sequence of 11-year cycles of solar activity and the process of evolutionary structurization of the family of S-waves of systemic world conflicts covering big and superbig time intervals and having a variable structural configuration.
