SEMI-MARKOV MODEL OF A SINGLE-SERVER QUEUE WITH
LOSSES AND UNRELIABLE SERVER MAINTENANCE

Abstract. Semi-Markov model of a single-server queue GI/G/ 1/ 0 is constructed with regard for unreliable server maintenance. The stationary reliability and economic characteristics of the queue are obtained. Two-criterion optimization of maintenance execution periodicity is carried out.
