Abstract. Current density vectors distribution at the plane parallel to the measurement plane and intersecting for heart is associated with the spatial distribution of the values of parameters of magnetic field of human heart, measured in observation plane. Inverse problem is solved with the use of Fourier integral transform. The algorithm is simulated using real data of magnetometric investigations of human heart.
