Abstract. The authors analyze the efficiency of the banking system in terms of gender policy. The integral indicator of the banking system efficiency is constructed with the use of relative normalization and Harrington’s desirability function. The influence of gender policy indicators on the efficiency of the banking system is described on the basis of correlation–regression and factor analyses.
