Abstract. The paper describes the essence and main content of the mathematical model of the substantiation of the optimal combat staff of the armed forces of the state from the standpoint of the theory of prevented damage and with regard to the economic review. This paper continues (supplements) the previous study in the methodological aspects of the substantiation of the combat staff of the armed forces from the standpoint of the theory of prevented damage .
