IMPROVING THE ACCURACY OF THE SOLUTION OF ILL-POSED DISCRETE
PROBLEM BY RANDOM PROJECTION

Abstract. To solve ill-posed discrete problems by the method of random projection, the bias and variance of the error arising from averaging over the realizations of the random matrix are investigated. An estimate of the input vector is obtained, which makes it possible to significantly improve the accuracy of the solution such problems by the method of random projection .
