SOLVING ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS ACCORDING TO THE CONCEPT
OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE EARTH

Abstract. Тhe scientific foundations for the development and implementation of automated control systems (ACS) in the USSR are discussed and the results obtained at the V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in the development and implementation of ecology monitoring ACS according to the principles of sustainable development of the society are presented.

Keywords: automated systems, automated control systems, ecological monitoring, sustainable development.
