CONCEPTUAL BASIS OF COMPLEX OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
OF MANETS IN A HARD RADIO ELECTRONIC ENVIRONMENT
Abstract. Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks (MANETs), which provide for operation with a random topology and decentralized management, are increasingly used both for organizing military communications and in the civilian sphere, in particular during the elimination of the consequences of hostilities, natural disasters, etc. An important task when designing new radio communication systems (means) or improving existing ones is to create an effective management system for MANET. Solving this problem is much more difficult than in classical radio networks with centralized management. The article substantiates the principles of building a system of complex operational management of a mobile radio network, proposes its functional model, determines the purpose of individual components, and formalizes the algorithm of work.
Keywords: mobile radio network, mobile radio network node, network management system, complex operational management.
