OPTIMAL CONTROL OF A PARABOLIC SYSTEM AND IDENTIFICATION OF ITS PARAMETERS FOR THE KNOWN HEAT FLOWS

Abstract. The optimal control of the dynamic thermal state of a homogeneous layered plate (parabolic system) under simultaneous observation of its temperature and heat flow rate on its parts is analyzed. Explicit expressions are obtained for the gradients of residual functionals for simultaneous identification of several parameters of the system. Refs: 10 titles.
