Abstract. A new model of functioning a live neural network is proposed and analyzed. This model explicitly takes into account the lagging interaction of a group of interconnected neurons. It is shown that a simulation model of a live neural network can be constructed, for example, in the form of chains of a sufficiently large number of interconnected triads of neurons.
