FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCIENTIFIC SCHOOL
OF THE MATHEMATICAL THEORY OF FILTRATION
To the 100th anniversary of the birth of I.I. Lyashko
Abstract. The review describes the main stages of the formation and development of the Kyiv School of the mathematical filtration theory. The main attention is paid to the scientific ideas and results of its leader, an outstanding Ukrainian scientist, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Ivan Ivanovich Lyashko.
