Abstract. A numerical method is proposed to calculate the quality of service (QoS) of multi-service cellular networks with multi-parameter call admission control. A finite or infinite queue for non-real time traffic only is allowed. A decision for the access of new and handover voice calls is chosen on the basis of the number of such calls in channels while appropriate decision for handover data calls depend on the total number of such calls in the buffer.
