METHODS TO CONSTRUCT LARGE-SIZE SIMPLE INTEGER COSINE TRANSFORM FOR HIGH-RESOLUTION IMAGE AND VIDEO CODING

Abstract. A matrix method is considered to construct order-32 simple integer cosine step transform. The one-norm order-32 simple integer transform is proposed and its fast algorithms are developed. Their computational complexity is 4.3 times less as compared with well-known algorithms and 19 time less than in H.265 standard.
